Training and Competence Manager

Homebased with travel around the Southwest

The role is to coach, train, develop and monitor the performance of the Financial Advisers, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are maintained. Also, to ensure that all Advisers demonstrate appropriate levels of knowledge, skills, and expertise to undertake their role competently in line with the T&C programme.

The candidate will need to have.
Level 4 diploma or above
Previous experience within a T&C role with a full Independent financial advice role
Have previously been a financial adviser.
