Our financial services client requires a Level 4 qualified manager to lead and a team of 10 Advisers whilst influencing wider stakeholders. The role holder will drive the team via coaching and development plans, whilst meeting the individual needs of each Adviser.

What the candidate will bring

QCF Level 4 Diploma in financial planning
Proven ability to lead and inspire Financial Planning teams, and to pro-actively drive referrals though developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
