Sales Development Manager -South East/ Home Based

Our Wealth manager client had an opening for a Sales Development Manager They are a leading financial wellbeing and retirement specialist helping those in the workplace to improve their financial future.

The successful candidates will be home-based. Whilst there is no specific location required, most work will be South-East based and they must be willing and able to travel as required, including holding a full driving licence.

A snapshot of the role: –

-The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering new profitable corporate in financial wellbeing and retirement sectors, selling education programs, digital capabilities, and workplace ISAs.

– They will also have line management responsibilities for two New Business Executives, including coaching, mentoring and performance management.

-Deliver new business sales targets as defined by Head of Client Development.

-Develop and manage the new business contact plan to support the delivery of sales targets activities to

-Manage the follow up of all financial wellbeing and retirement related new business leads to arrange initial and follow up appointments,

It is essential that candidates: –

-Have with strong experience in a consultant lead sales environment managing new business activity.

-Ideally, from an employment benefit consultant and/or a business development background and used to selling their services, including RFPs, networking, speaking at events, etc.

-Essential is a really good pensions knowledge  

– Should also have proven line management experience, particularly in mentoring junior sales staff.

As a result of increased resource needs alongside succession planning, our Wealth manager client had an opening for a Corporate Relationship Manager. They are a leading financial wellbeing and retirement specialist – helping those in the workplace to improve their financial future.
The successful candidates will be home-based. Whilst there is no specific location required, most work will be South-East based and they must be willing and able to travel as required, including holding a full driving licence.
A snapshot of the role: –
• To manage new and existing corporate client relationships by implementing effective delivery of financial education, guidance, and advice services to the corporate clients’ employees
• Manage the day-to-day business relationships of corporate clients and support delivery of revenue growth and enquiry generation for advice service Ongoing contract management including addition, renewal and re-tendering for services
It is essential that candidates: –
• Are strong communicators.
• Can demonstrate an ability/history of building and managing relationships effectively in a corporate environment
• Have strong knowledge of workplace schemes e.g. share schemes and workplace saving. A pensions specialism would be advantageous, especially around working knowledge of UK pension (DB, DC, auto-enrolment), UK share schemes & flex benefits provision
• Have worked in financial services or have a workplace financial wellbeing background.

Hybrid role with 80% homeworking and 20% in the Warwickshire office

Salary of 80k, plus company bonus to 25%.

Our client has an opportunity for a Senior Compliance Consultant within their general insurance division. You’ll communicate regulatory standards to senior managers, and influence and challenge where appropriate

As part of the wider Risk function, the Compliance Consultancy team ensures our client is abiding by Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, so you’ll play a key part in maintaining the reputation, integrity, guiding and supporting the business to ensure customers remain at the heart of our business.

Your leadership will be instrumental in managing and coaching the General Insurance section of the Compliance Consultancy team to interpret and communicate regulatory changes, partner with key stakeholders.

You’ll play a key part in facilitating FCA thematic reviews and anticipate and escalate actual and emerging conduct risks. You’ll assist in reporting to the key governance committees, providing valuable management information, regulatory updates and insights from consultancy activity. Additionally, you’ll recommend and implement procedural enhancements to optimise consultancy activities and increase efficiency.

About you:

You’ll have a detailed understanding of risk and compliance management, with demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to manage an engaged, proactive team of risk professionals.

A strong relationship builder, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to adapt yourself to suit different audiences and investigate issues in a diplomatic manner. You build effective networks at a senior level to help you engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

With a focus on interpreting and communicating regulation, you’re a risk professional who can communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
