Regional Trainer

Our directly authorised IFA firm client seeks a Regional Trainer for Midlands / North of England. It’s a home-based role with travelling when appropriate. The role includes the development and the implementation of the firms L&D strategy, Carrying out Training needs analysis across business, Enhance the IFA’s knowledge and skills to further enhance the client experience and grow revenue, Provide meaningful monthly MI to demonstrate the ROI and training effectiveness, plus prepare and deliver induction training for new advisers .
Candidate will need to be Diploma qualified or Chartered
Training qualification, CIPD or other. Plus have a demonstrable business experience in a training role within an FCA regulated financial planning environment with training design and delivery.
