Our client is a leading financial wellbeing, retirement and workplace savings specialist who specialise in delivering projects to support employees through pension changes and other financial matters.

This is a home-based role with travel requirements to events/ client meetings in various UK location so access to good transport links is important

They are seeking a UK Business Development Manager to open new B2B opportunities in the employee benefit space and then implement workplace financial seminars. This will include the need to develop and manage your new business contact plans, support the research and drafting of business proposals following meetings.

The individual needs to have a strong track record of sales within the area of employee rewards and benefits, plus understand DB and DC pensions. The successful candidate will be a good influencer and be engaging.

Our Huntingdon based client seek a junior IFA on an employed contract to support the client bank of the firms’ principle. They are a regional IFA with a significant bank office support so it’s important the candidate is within reasonable travelling distance to Huntingdon.
The candidate will need to have attained Level 4 diploma and may come from a Paraplanning background or be an IFA with limited experience wishing to develop their career further

IFA – Regional Director – North

Our client has a Senior Managers position available covering the north of England whilst working from a

Northeast hub.
The role holder will have overall responsibility for all certified advisers within the region, monitoring and supporting new business and a wider set of KPI’s. Line management, coaching and mentoring is an integral part of the role whilst working with support function e.g. compliance and training.

In addition, it’s desirable that whilst not targeted the role holder will look after small book of clients, delivering high level financial advice leading by example and creating credibility

The candidate will be an experienced Financial Planner who holds the Chartered Financial Planner (or equivalent) status and has an expert understanding of the industry. In addition, coaching, development and line management experience in an IFA environment is mandator

Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience and there’s an uncapped bonus.
