Our Financial Services provider client has embarked upon a growth programme that has resulted in the need for a further financial service trainer. The role is home based with travel to Birmingham office when appropriate

The scope of the role includes the development and deliver of training solutions including to financial advisers and regional manager, ensuring that change is effectively trained to managers and colleagues and successfully embedded.

The candidate will be level 4 and come from a financial advice background including training design and delivery.

The role is to coach, train, develop and monitor the performance of the Financial Advisers, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are maintained. Also, to ensure that all Advisers demonstrate appropriate levels of knowledge, skills, and expertise to undertake their role competently in line with the T&C programme.

The candidate will need to be Level 4 diploma or above and have experience within an IFA T&C role
