Senior Product Proposition Manager

Senior Product Proposition Manager. Hybrid working (Home / Birmingham office based), our financial services client has an exciting opportunity be an integral part of the product proposition team. The team is tasked with developing customer led strategic propositions for our client. You will be the business lead on large projects in your area of expertise, which have budgets of up to £10m working with multiple business functions and external parties to deliver exciting new propositions. 
 
A snapshot of the role and responsibilities
 
The main responsibility is to ensure our client propositions are meeting their customers’ needs
To design and manage the customer led proposition including governance, working with the Lead Product Proposition Manager, Product Governance Manager, Group Strategy and Group Marketing.
To manage the lifecycle of both new and existing products in line with the governance policy, transformation process, regulatory expectations.
Monitor and project future changes to identify potential areas of concern so that mitigating actions can be agreed and implemented in a timely manner.
Develop and/or support detailed business cases for the propositions you design. Monitor through the lifecycle and post launch to ensure benefits are realised.
Support the creation and development of target pricing proposals and subsequent detailed price points and analysis for new launches/annual value for money reviews, working with the Finance, Actuarial and Product Governance teams.

You’re a level 4 and CAS Financial Adviser who will be provided with a client bank and additionally, will have leads provided, giving you the support, you need to reach your potential. This together with a support function and remote working capability should give a strong platform for success
You’ll be providing holistic, independent financial advice solutions that meet customer’s protection, investment, and retirement planning needs. You’ll be working with an established client base as well as working with new leads provided by our clients lead generation sources.
The successful candidate will benefit from:

Financial Advice -Technical Support Role

Technical support roles available in Birmingham for our esteemed financial servicers provider. This role is responsible primarily for leading the teams within our clients business who provide technical support to the field based Financial Advisers and Central Mortgage Team Mortgage Advisers. Candidates need strong technical capability across all areas of financial planning, Diploma qualified (level 4).

Pensions Specialist -Bristol or Liverpool

Based in Bristol or Liverpool our client is looking for a Pension Transfer Specialist (PTS). The ideal candidate would be an experienced in Pensions Transfers and have strong pension and investment knowledge.  In addition will be experienced in reviewing and advising on the suitability of pension transfers including DB transfers and provide technical pension support to the Financial Advisers. The role of the PTS is to provide personal recommendations to retail investment clients in respect of pension schemes with safeguarded benefits.

Essential qualifications CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent Certificate in Pension Transfer Advice or equivalent Advanced pension related qualifications eg o G60 Pensions o AF3 Pension planning o AF7 Pension transfers

The Candidate will need experience of working within the financial services industry and in a consultancy lead environment managing new business activity. In addition, knowledge of pension (DB & DC) UK share schemes (essential) plus desirable qualifications include Pension income options (JO5) or Pensions and retirement planning (RO4).
